Intensives are extended therapeutic/coaching sessions (5 hours long) designed to allow you the time and space to really dive deep into what you signed up for in the first place. Healing intensives can be a great step-down for someone who has just come out of a mental health hospital stay, or utilized as a deeper dive therapeutic approach to prevent acute hospitalizations, OR for the individual who just simply wants to have an annual mental health "check up" if you will. These healing intensives will leave you with more clarity, and focused direction than typical therapy sessions will. You will also walk away with your very own healing guidebook designed to help you navigate the next steps in your healing journey. Healing intensives are followed up by a 1-hr mental health coaching session as well to help clients stay accountable to everything that was discussed.
